COVID-19 Update + Information

 

We are grateful for the unyielding support we have received from our loyal patients.  We thank you for the understanding and patience you have shown as we navigate through this difficult time together.  We take the safety and well-being of our patients and staff seriously.  Here is important information as to how we will be conducting business during the COVID-19 crisis

Dr Baskin has started seeing patients for limited services as of May 1st.  We are spacing out patients appropriately so that one patient is here at a time. We are sanitizing exam rooms, door handles, bathroom surfaces, etc. after each patient. Staff will be wearing masks for all interactions and treatments. Contact us to reschedule your appt if you are not feeling well, have cold or flu-like symptoms, have known exposure to COVID-19, or have traveled outside the State of Maine within the last 2 weeks.  For now, please come to the office alone.

We are unable to sell skincare products out of the office until June 1st.  Please visit our website to purchase product.  Our nursing services will most likely resume in July.  We will be contacting you if your appt needs rescheduling.

Our check-in procedure:  When you arrive in the parking lot,  check-in from your car by calling or texting us at 207-780-0045 to let us know you are here. When we have given you the ok to come in, go first to the screening desk in the main lobby. They will take your temp, ensure you are feeling well, have you use hand sanitizer, and make sure you have a mask.

Once given the ok, you can proceed into our office and we will guide you directly into an exam room. We can discuss your treatment with our masks on and remove your mask when we prepare you for your treatment. Once your mask is off you should remain quiet for the treatment period as much as possible. You can keep your mask readily available if you need to put it on to cough, sneeze, or ask a question. Once the treatment is complete you can put your mask back on until you have left the building.

There is no need to stop at checkout. Once you are in your car in the parking lot, call or text us 207-780-0045. We can process payment and schedule your next appt. Credit or debit cards are preferable. If you need to pay by check or cash, please call ahead.
